The members of the SAR government delegation attending the
40th anniversary celebration of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special
Economic Zone include Financial Secretary Chen Maobo, Secretary for Justice
Zheng Ruohua, Senior Counsel, Secretary for Security Li Jiachao, Secretary for
Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Zeng Guowei, Innovation and Technology
