I have been complaining about
Rakesh, who was then CO Ghaziabad, later he was transferred to Sahibabad.

Ravi Kumar Superintendent of Police and submitted a fake report.
The complaint was that he had
threatened to kill me in a fake police encounter through Deepak Sinha. He

members.
I complained to several
officials but to no avail due to the influence of the accused. Then I filed a
complaint petition in CJM Court in <city> under 156/3 of the Criminal
Procedure Code. The accused were Rakesh Mishra, Ravi Kumar and Deepak Sinha.
The local police called me and I explained everything to them but they submitted
the report to the CJM that the matter is from Ghaziabad.
When the incident happened when
the victim was in <city>, the jurisdiction is <city> itself. The only claim
of the accused is that they are from Ghaziabad. No one knows who is making the
threat call from where but the victim was in <city> at the time of the
incident. Deepak met and threatened the victim in <city> during late 2017 to
early 2018 on behalf of Rakesh. But the CJM case was dismissed on the basis of
the jurisdictional police report. But CJM's comments are quite clear. The
decision was reserved, and as per records, was issued on 7.10.2021. Rakesh
threatened through Deepak that he would kill me in a fake encounter, the matter
is very serious. Maybe he wants me to reach him in areas like Ghaziabad so that
he can heal me easily. Therefore, the local police report comes under his
influence that the case is from Ghaziabad, while the address of the petitioner
was at <city> during the incident.
If the government takes
immediate action then I don't need to go through the court to defend myself and
the government provides all the relief. Right now the petition is not pending
with any judicial officer and I have not yet decided to go for appeal so please
resolve this issue immediately. Apart from this, departmental work is also very
important.
I request the government to sack
Rakesh Mishra and Ravi Kumar and protect the reputation of the government,
police department and the state. Also, as asked to compensate me for the pain
and loss caused to me due to fear and inability to function properly for Rs.
100000, it's been several years now, so don't reduce it to 5000000. Also
recover the amount from the personal property of Rakesh Mishra and Ravi Kumar.
Also I request the government to register an FIR against two personnel Rakesh

कि मामला गाजियाबाद का है।
जब घटना तब हुई जब
पीड़ित लखनऊ में था तो अधिकार क्षेत्र लखनऊ ही है। आरोपियों का सिर्फ यही दावा है
कि वे गाजियाबाद के हैं। कोई नहीं जानता कि कौन कहां से धमकी भरा कॉल कर रहा है
लेकिन घटना के वक्त पीड़ित लखनऊ में था। दीपक ने राकेश की ओर से 2017 के अंत से 2018
की शुरुआत के दौरान लखनऊ में पीड़ित से मुलाकात की और धमकी दी। लेकिन सीजेएम मामले
को अधिकार क्षेत्र की पुलिस रिपोर्ट के आधार पर खारिज कर दिया गया था। लेकिन
सीजेएम की टिप्पणियां बिल्कुल स्पष्ट हैं। निर्णय सुरक्षित रखा गया था, और रिकॉर्ड
के अनुसार दिनांक 7.10.2021 को जारी किया गया था. राकेश ने दीपक के माध्यम से धमकी
दी कि वह मुझे फर्जी मुठभेड़ में मार डालेगा, मामला बेहद गंभीर है। शायद वह चाहता

का है जबकि घटना के दौरान याचिकाकर्ता का पता लखनऊ पर था.
अगर सरकार तुरंत
कार्रवाई करती है तो मुझे अपनी रक्षा के लिए अदालत के माध्यम से आगे बढ़ने की
जरूरत नहीं है और सरकार सभी राहत प्रदान करती है। अभी याचिका किसी न्यायिक अधिकारी
के पास लंबित नहीं है और मैंने अभी तक अपील के लिए जाने का फैसला नहीं किया है
इसलिए कृपया इस मुद्दे को तुरंत हल करें। इसके अलावा विभागीय भी अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
मैं सरकार से राकेश
मिश्रा और रवि कुमार को बर्खास्त करने और सरकार, पुलिस विभाग और राज्य की
